⫸ Payment
We accept major credit cards and Paypal to complete purchases. All prices on this website are currently listed in U.S dollars. Payment transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is also governed by Stripe's privacy policy. Once payment has cleared, the production process begins. You may prefer to use the Paypal option during checkout to select your currency when finalizing your payment.
⫸ Shipping
Our current method of shipping is through Canada Post which then forwards packages to your country’s post courier. We ship our IHN Gemstone creations and Lip Balms WORLDWIDE.
After an order is placed please allow between 1-3 days for your order to ship. We usually have a very small inventory of ready to ship on hand and usually produce a piece upon order. The production time includes creating, packaging, and shipping. Several of our items are made to order (specifically gemstone creations). Please let us know if you ever need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to make it work.
Please make sure you write your proper Address in the billing section to ensure safe arrival of your package. We can not be held responsible for any errors related to the shipping address errors on the buyers end.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. International customers are responsible of paying all customs fees/taxes when applied, I Heart Naturals is not responsible for additional fees.
For International Orders: Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually, it will arrive much sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. We are also not responsible for charges needed to release any items from customs to you if that situation occurs.
We currently do not have a store front. We have added a 0.00$ shipping option. Please note that it is reserved ONLY for close friends and family we have contact with to allow them to check out without selecting a shipping option.
⫸ Returns & Exchanges
IHN will accept returns for exchange, credit or refund with prior agreement within 14 days of purchase with our Gemstone creations, PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING BACK TO IHN UNTIL THE SITUATION HAS BEEN AGREED UPON PLEASE. If you are not happy with the item you ordered, you can return your unused item and once the piece has been received, you will promptly receive a full product refund. Shipping costs on returns is the customer's responsibility and, initial shipping costs will not be refunded. If you're piece is damaged in any way, IHN will work with you to resolve the issue, just please message me. IHN reserves the right to place a refund vs the replacement of an item in cases we see fit.
Any skin care items (lip balms) are NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE because of the personal hygiene nature of the products, we apologize in advance if this inconveniences you in any way.
We are not responsible for shipping charges on returned items, it is the buyers responsibility when returning a product back to us. Please consider purchasing tracking or insurance when returning your item (otherwise you are accepting a certain amount of risk) as if the returned package in question is lost in the mail and is never received by us, we will not be able to refund the initial purchase amount. Once we receive the returned item, we will gladly give you a shop credit, exchange or refund.
Please be aware that tracking is not available for all shipping options/rates, please make sure to choose one that includes it if you don't want to risk the rare chance of it getting lost in transit or if you wish for it to arrive quicker. Shipping with tracking is the way you will be covered in cases of postal loss/damage since we can have access to its whereabouts and in turn open a case with Canada Post/USPS in the event that it gets lost. It is extremely RARE that a package will be lost in transit, however, please note that we cannot be help responsible for a lost package that has no tracking.
In most cases, a purchased creation will be made to order, please allow roughly 1-3 working days for your piece to be hand made, wrapped and shipped out.
⫸ Vegan Lip Balms
For external use only. Always do a patch test prior to first use to verify you have any allergies to any of the natural ingredients. If any adverse reaction develops, stop use & contact a physician. IHN cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused by an ingredient in one of our products as every individual has different sensitivities that are out of our control. Any skin care items are NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE because of the personal hygiene nature of the products.
⫸ Caring for your gemstone creations
In Order to help maintain your gemstone's original beauty, we strongly recommend keeping your piece away from water exposure because of the metal components. Please avoid moisturizers, and keep it in it's gift bag whenever not being worn to maintain it's brilliance for as long as possible. If you any of your druzy pieces appear to be “dehydrated”, a useful tip is to lightly dab a tiny amount of a lightweight / clear oil to dry points of your stone to revive your gemstone’s clarity.

***Gemstones are believed by many to have metaphysical properties meant for possible improvement of physical health and positive thinking. However these items are not intended to replace a doctor's care. We can not in good conscience support, or guarantee any results in wearing our gemstone creations as all gemstone metaphysical properties are strictly anecdotal.
